The Taylor Story

It all started in 1979, when Steve Taylor Sr. opened a single dealership in Toledo, Ohio. His philosophy was simple: treat every customer the way you'd want to be treated, stand behind every vehicle you sell, and invest in the community that supports you.

That single-store operation has grown into Northwest Ohio's largest dealer group -- nine dealerships representing five world-class brands across four cities. Yet the Taylor Automotive Family has never lost sight of the values that built it.

Today, with over 350 dedicated employees, the Taylor family continues to operate with the same hands-on approach and customer-first mentality that Steve Taylor Sr. established more than four decades ago. Every dealership in the Taylor family carries the same commitment to transparency, fair dealing, and exceptional service.

1979

The Beginning

Steve Taylor Sr. opens his first dealership in Toledo, OH, setting the foundation for a family automotive legacy.

1990s

Expanding the Family

Multiple new brand partnerships and locations added across the Toledo metro area. The Taylor name becomes synonymous with trust.

2000s

Regional Growth

Expansion into Perrysburg, Findlay, and Lima brings Taylor's commitment to quality to communities across NW Ohio.
